Return Policy

Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of package delivery.

Return Cost

For quality issues such as defective, damaged or incorrect items, we will bear the restocking fee and return shipping costs. In the case of lost items, we will either reship if the item is in stock or provide a refund.

If the return is caused by the customer (e.g. don't like/want the item, ordered the wrong item/size, etc.), customer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost should be based on the express company.
