Where can I check my order status?

To track your order status, please visit the order confirmation page sent to your email or phone after checkout. After you get the tracking number, you can also check the status of your shipment by using the tracking number on the "Track My Order" page of our site.

How long until I receive my order?

Most orders within the United States arrive within 3-7 business days.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses?

Currently, we only ship to the US. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made at checkout using PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards.

Why is my payment method not working?

If your card issuer didn’t authorise the temporary charge, the card may be declined when you tried to make a payment using PayPal. Please contact your card issuer to make sure your card is able to pay online and authorize temporary charges. If you can’t use the card, try using a different card to make the payment.

Also, make sure all billing addresses are consistent and correct. And some cards have spending limits, consider notifying your bank for large purchases.

Returns

How do I initiate a return or replacement?

To qualify for a return, ensure the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Original packaging must be intact. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We accept order cancellation or modification before the item is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel or modify order if the item is already shipped out or produced.

Is there a restocking fee or return shipping charge?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee or return shipping if it is our responsibility.

What is the status of my refund?

Refunds for returned items are processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method.
